We have the proud of undersigning more than 4700 turnkey projects in Turkey and abroad until 1996 with “Zodiac Group İnt.”, number one swimming pool producer of the world with 126 years of experience. We have always adopted the principles and innovations in the sector to be a pioneer for alternative solutions with different design and creative projects combining quality and price, technique and performance and experience and aesthetics
Above all we have adopted the customer satisfaction; we have succeeded in making our customers to have the swimming pools in the shape and dimension that they dream in a short time, making them add value to their living areas or being your reliable solution partner by presenting the most appropriate project that addresses to the expectations of our customer group.
We have primarily incorporated 10 years of guarantee with the swimming pool sales, montage, construction, after-sales, service and spare part guarantee. Today, we are proud of our products and services which have completed 10 years of guarantee period and passes 20 years.
Providing the best service during project design, pre-production and post-production period without making concessions from quality was the single purpose of our professional team. Following all innovations on the international level with continuous trainings and seminars our specialist team adopted the task to give service on the highest level.
Our effort in giving the after-sales service and maintenance service in the best way has ensured the formation of our rick reference list composed of the leading names and firms of our country. We have given the required importance to the human health and environment with the help of our qualified and environmentalist products.
Our firm has registered its quality understanding by getting the certificate of National Association of Pool Institute (UHE) which provides and audits the implementation standards of all pool, sauna, whirlpool, etc. sector firms as of the year of 1996. Also, our quality registration has been strengthened with the ISO 9001 – 2008 quality management certificate, ISO 14001 environment management certificate, CE certificate, OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety certificate, TS EN ISO 10002 quality management – customer satisfaction certificates.
In the pool filtration systems that we have used, we have adopted the usage of the equipment in the TSE 11899, UHE and DIN 19643 Standards under the name of the ‘‘Full Hygiene Swimming Pools’’.
With the consciousness of the responsibility of our leadership in the sector; by combining our experience and developing technology possibilities, we accept moving the lath in the sector higher as a duty and we continue our works with our dynamic structure. We founded the first PREFABRICATED POOL factory of Turkey in 2013 and provided more than 1300 projects until 2019 with the experience and accumulation of years.
Zodiac Group Int. we have been representing for 23 years, merged with another world trademark Fluidra Group in 2018. As a result our product range has been widened and with the support of Fludria, our trademark reached a top level in the world pool sector with high performance, sales and service.
